Skip Tracing
- To receive great results, we ask you to have first name, last name, and full address in your CSV / XLSX file.
- We also do skip trace lists without owner name if the full address is on file. But it costs some extra charges.
Turnaround time depends on the orders in our queue and your list size. Due to huge team of competent skip tracers, we have the fastest turnaround time on the market. Kindly contact for your ideal time frame.
Our data has accuracy of up to 95%+ on average.
We only skip trace individual names and LLC’s.
We bill per lead submitted by you.
For each skip tracing order, we provide Skip tracing list as well as formatted skip traced list. In this case, we don’t charge extra for formatting the skip traced list.
If you send us only skip traced lists to be formatted, we format them accordingly. But it costs some charges.
